Update your Analog Sky binocular focusers to the latest version, v8. Comes with:
2x drawtubes
2x small and large threads
Graphite pencil (for velvety smooth action)
v8 focusers feature smoother rotation, 3x less drawtube tilt due to gravity, and an extra row of grip fins to keep even the heaviest 2” eyepieces straight in the tube. They also have 1-2mm more infocus than previous tubes for eyepieces that require it. The tubes themselves are also shorter overall than earlier version tubes, so they can infocus further without bumping into filter cartridges.
v8 uses the same M4 bolts and nuts as all other focuser versions, so you can reuse yours. If you’re using Analog Sky focusers for your own binocular project, you can add-on the hardware below.
